All orders are usually fulfilled within ten business days! Need it sooner? Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. On the rare occasion that something comes up and your order is delayed, we will keep you updated and do our absolute best to get it shipped ASAP.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All items ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which averages a 2-5 day delivery time unless shipping outside the United States. All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your shipping label has been printed.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All sales are final.  However, you may cancel your order anytime prior to shipment for a full refund.  An email will be sent once your item has shipped.

WHAT SIZE OF BOW SHOULD I GET?

Both sizes of our bows look great on all ages, so it is really up to the look you like best! There are measurements of each style in the listings so that you can "try them on" before you buy!

WILL THE NYLON HEADBAND FIT MY DAUGHTER?

—

We searched high and low for the best bands and found them! These ultra soft nylon bands will fit the tiniest newborn and will stretch to fit her as she grows. No marks either! We've got you covered.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE? 

—

All of our bows are made with our own two hands. Our tights and socks are outsourced.
